1. Ownership of rights
1.1. The logo, "Intelligent", "Naas" and other words, graphics and combinations thereof on the Zhidian website, as well as other logos, emblems, and names of Zhidian services on the Zhidian website are the names of Zhidian and its affiliates in China and registered trademarks in other countries. Without the written authorization of Zhidian, no one may display, use or do other processing in any way (including but not limited to copying, dissemination, display, mirroring, uploading, downloading), nor may you indicate to others that you have the right to display, use or Do other processing.
1.2. The intellectual property rights of all products, services, technologies and all programs (hereinafter referred to as "technical services") of the Zhidian website belong to Zhidian or its obligee.
